Struggling to meet fat macros
I am really struggling to get enough fats! Every day I come to within 10 of my protein macro very easily but I cannot get enough fats. I do not like avocado or fish, I mostly eat chicken and pork which are both very lean protein. Any suggestions as to how I can increase fats without increasing protein?

Does anyone know how much protein is too much? If I go over my protein by 10-20 g a few days a week is that going to kick me out of ketosis? I’ve been really strict about not going over on protein I’m just wondering if I have to worry about going over by a little? Also if my main goal is to lose weight, is it ok to not meet my fat macro? I mean to me the less fat I eat the more my body should burn??

Olive oil, olives, nuts, seeds, any full fat dairy. For instance you can have a big salad with protein of your choice, olive oil dressing, nuts and/or pumpkin seeds for crunch and maybe some olives or cheese. Also, you don't have to get in all of your fat macros as long as you feel satiated and are not craving carbs.
Fats don't help you burn fat, they help you to convert from using carbs for energy to using your body's fat for energy. If your goal is to lose weight, eat only enough fat to keep hunger and carbs away so that you will burn your body's fat instead of dietary fat. That's why also counting calories is important. There's a misconception that eating fat helps burn fat and that you can eat as many calories as you want, neither is true.
