What is an acceptable margin of percentage difference at end of day?

I have been able to finish my days within a percentage or two of the goal. Some days are difficult to balance. What is an acceptable margin of percentage difference at end of day so that ketosis is not interrupted? How much over the max percentages of fat or protein works? The most that I have exceeded one has been 2-3%, but not often. Thanks guys.

    If you are a couple of percent over in fat or protein, I doubt you would significantly affect ketosis. You may slow weight loss (if that is your goal) but even then, 2-3 percent, once in a while should not be significant as it is more about averages than hitting a bullseye every day.
