Does anyone else feel tingling after a meal?

Hey all! I'm wondering if anyone else is feeling this after eating? Today I've noticed it more. I had a romaine lettuce wrap with ham and cheese. After eating it, I felt like I was having goosebumps or tingling down my arms/back of my hands/ feet and I felt my cheeks flush a bit. This has happened before when I was at work (I think I ate some tuna?) and I wondered what this feeling was. I'm in week two of keto. I think I'm past the keto flu part. My muscles stopped hurting. I did take a urine test and show that I'm in ketosis. It was between the purple and dark purple that said 'deep ketosis' not sure how to push it to get into a deeper ketosis but, does it mean your in ketosis when your tingling after eating, or that your blood sugar is changing, or that your bumping out of ketosis?  What the heck is this? I can't be the only one...

Some foods, supplements and ketosis can cause "flushing".

Research keto flushing, food flushing or niacin flushing you may find some answers to what is causing the sensations.

VickP thanks. I didn’t feel like it was a bad thing, just interesting. I wondered if it wasn’t my metabolism a bit. I’ll definitely be trying to take in more water sodium and potassium.
