Well, I mistakenly decided to take Thanksgiving through Christmas off back in 2018. I figured I'd eat what I wanted for the holidays and would hop back on to the keto lifestyle afterwards. BIG mistake!
I had lost somewhere around 60 lbs from June through November in 2018, but in the last year (November 2018 through January 27, 2020) I've gained back a majority of what I had lost. I feel a lot worse physically and mentally, more along the lines of how I felt before I started my keto journey in 2018.
But, I'm back! I'm motivated to begin my journey anew and finally live a healthier lifestyle! I have so much that I want to lose; and through losing, so much that I want to gain!
I too have been an on again off again Keto lifestyle eater. Back on again too.
Next week will be a test for me, I have a one week business trip to Montreal Quebec. Home of poutine and smoked meat sandwiches. The smoked meat isn't a problem, but the bread and fries are definitely not keto friendly.
