New to keto, After doing everything right weight loss has stopped
I started keto exactly 2 weeks earlier. I am very strict with the diet, I count my macros and weigh my food. I started with 1400 cal diet and lost 3.2 kgs in the first week, the second week is over today and I have not lose a single lb this week even after doing everything right. I do go for jogging every morning for an hr doing around 7.5 kms everyday. I really can't figure out what's wrong with my diet? Why m not losing weight even after my body being in ketosis..

I started years ago the same way, strict keto and lost a fair amount in the first week then nothing. I stuck to it though and lost more, then it evened out after the 4th week to a steady loss. I've seen this happen with others too - I would just keep doing what you're doing and see what happens in another week or two. Weight loss isn't linear!
