Hello. I am a chef. Is it possible to follow the keto lifestyle without having to follow keto recipes? Can I have protein & veg without following a recipe. Am wanting a simple eating regime. Is there a keto shake recipe ..I have a protein shake for breakfast & have done so for a long time because it suits me best.

  • Of course you can have a keto lifestyle without following keto recipes. You just need to make sure that your daily calorie intake is set and then make sure that the percentages of your calories meet the macros. 5% or less carbs, 25% protein and 70% fat.
