I'm Sarah too and looking to lose about 20 as well! I've gotten away from running over the last 6 years and gained most of what I'd worked really hard to lose then.
I've only been doing keto about 2 weeks and had done a pseudo-Whole30 before that. It think it's helped transition to keto much easier though I'm not seeing a lot of weight loss after the first week and losing water weight.
