Newbie with quick question ab deli meat serving
How would I enter 4 slices of shaved chicken teriyaki deli meat (boars head)? No problems finding the brand/type under the food search, but how do I know what one serving is for shaved meat? Especially if the amount varies depending on how much you order from the deli obvi.. lol...anyways I’m assuming 4 slices would not be a full serving? I just want to enter everything as accurately as possible-Sometimes serving/portion stuff confuses me. Let’s just say fractions and measurements were not my fav topics in grade school, lol. Any input appreciated! Thanks! 😊

Sometimes -but not always - the listing has the actual serving size. Once you call up the food listing, scroll down a tad and just above the nutrient listings, there’s a grey box containing the serving size. For example, I found an Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh shaved chicken and it says a serving size is 1.8-oz, or 51 grams.
