Gone over 😐
Hello all, I am on day two.
This morning I didn’t feel hungry, so I just had a bullet proof coffee. My hunger kicked in at around 10.30 and I had two poached eggs and half avocado. I had some almonds at around 2.30 and now just had my tea. My question. I went over on fat and protein. I wasn’t paying attention when logging food. I am under in carbs but is this really bad to go over???
i have not finished my tea as I was so full but don’t know if I can adjust weights as i put on scales raw.

There's literally no reason to panic on macros on Day 2. This is a 'way of eating' not a diet. It's not sustainable, long-term, to obsess about the minutiae of macros so I wouldn't start doing it on Day 2. You have your carb goal - you met it or were under. Well done! IMO - only if you plateau for a few weeks would I start obsessing about your fat and protein macros.
