How to Keto during a pandemic!

Does anyone have some tools and tips to stay focused while “shelter-in-place” and working remotely from home. Which is just me sitting at home waiting for an email and wondering if I’m actually hungry or just super bored.

    Hi Lisa. I have been drinking peppermint tea after lunch and dinner and find it helps. Also have been drinking a glass of water (or two) whenever I’m thinking I f eating and it’s not time for a meal. I’m very well hydrated. ;) It’s definitely a challenge working from home and staying on track but by logging everything and being accountable to myself I have continued to lose weight. I like to remind myself of how much healthier I will be when I return to work and how surprised my coworkers will be lol. Good luck with your journey and stay safe.

    I have been finding and cooking recipes that would not normally have the time to try. Makes it mire fun staying keto and passes the time.
