Help!

I’ve been doing research and I just can’t seem to find a simple answer. On a keto diet, do I have to watch how many calories I consume? If so, How do I figure out the number? Are calories a big factor in seeing results? I’m getting so frustrated, I’ve even used a few keto calculators and none of them give me a calorie number... ? Someone please help me!

Hi, I don’t count calories myself, CM does it for you as you enter your food but I just ignore them. 29.4lbs loss since Sept 1st so I don’t care 🙌 on Keto myself with 20g carbs, 3-6 ounces of protein per meal (I now only eat 2 meals a day) the balance in fats. 😋 if you’re losing steadily you’ve cracked it regardless of calories, what you eat matters most.
