Hi Y'all!

I'm a newbie to CarbManager, but not new to keto. Did great the first time  and don't know why I went back to making terrible choices. 

So lesson learned.  Back to eating proper keto. Hoping this app will help me keep track of my carb intake more easily.

  • I too am returning to Keto after sliding off the WOE.  A little cheat here and there and before I knew it I was craving sugar in a bad way again.  I've been back on it for a week and feeling strong and confident.  Putting all the steps in places - like using CarbManager - helps make this WOE easier and sustainable.  Good luck!
