I follow Dr Eric Westman's page 4 list of foods allowed, restricted and forbidden. If you type these words on Google, you will get to it easily. The complete list is here: https://caseydurango.com/keto-food-list/ and I do follow it. Mrs Durango has a youtube channel and she helps a lot with her own experience. If you follow this list and stay under the 20 gr of carbs per day, you will lose weight, that is official. Keep it simple, that is the best way.
