Carb Manager My Day
I'm just finishing up week 2 with my Keto journey and I like the process so far. My question is am I supposed to reach my macros everyday or else? Some days I close the circles/rings on carb manager and someday's I don't. I know carbs are to be under my goal but what if I don't hit my fat goal or protein goal for the day? Is not hitting the goal slowing me down or doing any harm? My goals are 5%/25%/70%.

Same! I can go over by carb limit by eating an apple! No more apples for me! But to hit the protein and fat goals is difficult! I made bulletproof coffee this am and I really like the effects! Fat jump start and it tasted really good! Plus I didn’t get hungry until way past noon! ‘‘This day 12 for me!

This is day one for me. Just trying not to grab the holiday sweets right now. Im doing low carb, 50g a day and after breakfast now ive got 22 left for supper and snacks as im skipping lunch. I have some roast chicken 🐔 leftovers and have to scrounge around to see what Ive got to go with it. Just want to get thru this day then tomorrow ill worry about tomorrows food choice.
