Hardly losing anything?

I know it’s stilll soon but I’m getting stressed it’s like a little over a week now and my scale is still at 139... idgi my keto stick has been in large for 3 days straight and I don’t think there’s much difference in my measurements. I weighed 142 to begin with and I’m 5’7. I feel a little skinnier and lighter but the scale doesn’t say so? I stay within 15g net carbs.. meals consists of heavy cream, butters, meats, and veggies. Am I doing something wrong?

    Stick with it.  Most early weight loss with keto is water loss due to reduced inflammation.  1g of carbs can hold 3g of water.  Thus the first week that is why there is weight loss - hence you 5 pounds.  Next step will be becoming keto adapted and burning fat for fuel after all the glycogen reserves in your liver and muscles are depleted.  Stick with it and if you want to change then go for total carbs and not bet carbs.
