Fat % Question

I'm new to this app and counting carbs.  My question is regarding what  percentage of fat should I try to stay with. I'm usually around 40 carbs a day with calories 1000 - 1400 a day. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  • This is ideally where you want your macros to be based on your percentage of total calories.  I use an app called "carb manager" from the app store. which will track this for you based on your goals ( current weight how much total you want to loose and length of time for reaching your goal hope this help.
