I started eight days ago and have lost 7.2 pounds. I know most of it is water weight, but I feel a lot less bloated.
How did you do it ?
jiakinard48f3 I’ve been averaging between 1200-1400 calories, below 20 g of carbs, and exercised 3-4 times a week. I’m currently down 8.4 pounds.
