Hi there. Don't count cholesterol on ketogenic. Your body will start processing it eventually. Several myths on heart disease and cholesterol out there. Self research is a key factor following ketogenic. The more fat the better on keto. Make sure you have plenty of quick fat sources on hand. Pounds of butter ; oils- not vegetable or corn oils. Olive, macadamia, avacado, truffle, etc. Put these on everything. Enjoy!
