Weight gain
I'm on my 2nd week of keto plan. The first week was fantastic, lost 10 lbs...this week (4 days in) I've gained 1 lb. I'm sticking right on my carb/fat/protein count but after going back and checking I see my calories are up...could this be it? I didn't think we needed to count calories on this diet?

Try to weigh weekly or even bi weekly. Our weight/water varies so much day by day the scale will leave you feeling down when you’re actually enjoying your Keto WOE as this happened to me, it left me feeling so hard done by as I was being good.... it works out in the end if you are keeping your carbs to 20g or less. It’s so worth the drop after a week/2 weeks versus the daily fluctuations. Let us know how you get along. 🌷
