Quick Question

Quick question I’m just starting what is the plan when you’ve had your allotment of carbs and protein but you have fat left... what are your food choices?

    I keep my carbs low (10-20 NC) and don’t worry if I go over a day or two a week. I find that if my only carbs are red, yellow, and green veggies with occasional berries, I don’t get hungry, so it is easy to only have two meals a day.

  • I read somewhere this saying which made sense to me. Carbs are a limit, protein is a goal, and fat is a lever. Meaning you limit the carbs under your set amount, try to be pretty close to your protein. The amount of fat is a little more flexible to some extent and is the lever that switches your body to Ketosis. So if you if you are a bit under your fat goal it should be fine.
