Can I eat more on the days I exercise? I burn about 500 calories on the treadmill at least 3 days a week.

  • Some people try to stay under their calorie limit for the day.  Some experts say not to bother counting calories, so it depends on what side of the fence you sit.   It's more important to stay under your carb limit than your other macros.
