etingley61 Ouch! I’m sorry to hear that. I have read others eliminate dairy or further reduce carbs short term to restart weight loss. Also, intermittent fasting. Good Luck.
Gina I don’t normally eat dairy and I’ve done intermittent fasting for several months. Now that I have carb manager maybe I can track better and get to sheeting want to be.
If you are doing IF, fat fast and then longer fast. Look at Jason Fung's fasting book. Sounds like your body has gone into homeostasis. Which is of course what it is designed to do! :)
