Macro/daily goal question for the not hungry newbie
Hey keto community! I have been hitting all my macro and gram goals since I started (a week ago) and today I just don't feel/want to eat all my goal grams because I'm just not that hungry today, and I can't force myself to eat.
As far as what I have eaten, I'm still in the perfect ratio for each macro (5/25/70) but I just can't hit my end target for daily macro/gram goals. Does anyone know if that's going to throw me out of whack if this occasionally happens?

My thoughts - Only eat when you are hungry. Think of the fat macro as a satiety number. You do not have to meet it, unless you are hungry. Try to meet your protein goal (especially if you want to preserve muscle mass)...no worries if you go over but not too often. And definitely stay at or under Net Carbs.
