Actual net carbs
I have made a few dinner recipes that call for heavy cream. I used heavy whipping cream in mine. I did not realize there was a difference. If I add up the carbs listed on the container it comes to a lot more than what the recipes author claims are in the dish. Has anybody else experienced this

KetoK
wow, I never got Premium, but I was suspicious about all the baking so cut it all out. I have a keto burger bun once a week and a waffle once a week. Otherwise I stick to eggs and avos and meat and fish in my salads. I'd rather be boring and slim I guess. Thanks for that invaluable heads up on the recipes!

Hi Gloria, I do the math to figure out macros for a recipe that doesn't give them. I measure how much coconut flour, for example, and work it out in 3 columns for net carbs (carbs minus fibre), fat and protein. I do that for each ingredient I put in and measure precisely. There isn't any other way that I know of, unless you cook from Easy Keto recipe book which gives you the macros and I just create the recipe as a Custom one using the Foods Tab at the left, just under Daily Log you'll find that. Hope that helps.
