Getting increased cravings

Looking for a little advice. I am finishing up my fourth week of keto and at first I felt like I was eating so much food with planning everything out. I felt very full. Now though I’m feeling snacky and lots of cravings. Any suggestions?

    If you're hungry, eat.  Keto is not about going hungry.  That's WW and JC.  On keto if you feel hungry, first drink a glass of water and see if that helps.  If still peckish, eat.  You're likely just missing the activity of eating so get outside and busy yourself if it's boredom.  But if it is real hunger eat.  I go for almonds, Cello Whisps, or celery with peanut butter when I'm feeling snacky

    Are you keeping your net carbs below 20?  It is important to eat until you are full.
