Weigh meat portion (for figuring macros) raw or after cooking?

I have been figuring my macros on raw meat portion (burger, pork chop, etc) - but what about pot roast, ribs, etc. ?  Should all meat macros be figured on  weight after cooking?

    I weigh after it's cooked as you will always have shrinkage .
