Certainly you can drink some of them. You can check their listing in ‘Foods’, or you can use the scan that’s in the ‘Foods’ tab to check the carbs (etc) of the wine of your choice.
A lot of what I read is that the dry wines are best (lower carbs), but I don’t know for sure. Of course, we still need to watch ourselves so as to not let the wine sneak its way to munching more (and more) of snacky stuff. LOL
