I’ve been on keto for a couple of months now and the past month I have only lost 4 pounds and have kind of stalled. In the beginning I lost 16 pounds the first few weeks. My ketosis range went from 3.5 MMOL to a range of about 1.3 to 2.3 MMOL my blood sugar dropped from 109 to 85. My diet has pretty much stayed the same cannot figure out what the problem was. Then, I read the post on Stevia and it having actually one net carb instead of zero per packet. With this new information, this means I have been going over my net carb balance of 19 g to about 24 to 25 g per day. I am still in ketosis but not dropping weight. As much as I love my coffee, I am going to eliminate it and see what happens. I tried using Swerve but cannot stand the taste. I even switched from my one carb Coffee mate to Nut Pods. I was a Monster junkie and got rid of those as well. This upsets me terribly as I love my caffeine, but cannot handle black coffee without sugar. Will let you know what happens.
