NTY cooks? Sausage and cabbage??
Hey all,
Anyone make that sausage and cabbage from NYT? It just calls for a head of cabbage (4lbs worth) 2 lbs of good fresh sausage, and couple of tablespoons (3 or 4, can’t remember exactly) of butter, cooked in the oven for 2.5 hours. But the Carb Manager says it’s an “avoid”...any ideas why???
