First Time Almost a Month

I have absolutely, diligently kept my carbs under 20, my macros are right on, I exercise 7 days a week, I drink 80 oz of water. I also intermittent fast 16/8 4 days a week. I lost 6 pounds week 1, 1 pound week 2 and nothing thereafter. I have added apple cider vinegar as well.  Ketosis no longer registers. I am at a loss. Anyone experience this?

  • I started on July 9th.  I was extremely diligent staying under 18 carbs as well.  I did IF 18/6 as well.  I was drinking 96oz of water a day.  I also walked 5 Miles everday most of the week.  I stalled as well the 3rd or so week.  I found I had 5o adjust my carb intake up and down a bit.  I was doing 18 carbs for 3-4 days, then I would go up to 40 carbs.  I think my body thought I was starving.  After doing that adjusting, I stalled again.  I really evaluated everything.  I found out, I was eating some sugar free items that were not so sugar free.  I eliminated all sources of sugar except an occasional diet soda.   I stayed put.  So I decided on Monday Sept 2 of this week to try Carnivore for a week just to see if I could pull myself out of my stall.  I think I narrowed down another culprit.  Cheese.  I lost 4 pounds in 2 days.  This diet is sometimes trickey.  There are certain sweeteners that are problematic.  Research those if you are using artificial sweeteners.   Good luck!
