Fat and low carb
Does anyone know when doing low-carb for weight loss, how many grams of fat approximately should you have in a day when you are eating around 50 g of carbs a day? This app tells me I should be having 58 g of fat in a day but it adds up awful quick, just doesn’t seem right? Doing a low-carb diet you’re told to eat the fat......Very confusing, I feel like this app caters more towards the keto diet?
