Fiber

I am on my 4th day of Keto. So far so good, except I am not getting enough fiber so I am having runny stools or actually diarrhea. Any ideas on adding more fiber without compromising the Keto Plan?

    I always have low carb veggies and/berries (dinner) at every meal. Today, I started adding nutritional yeast to my diet. It has a lot of fiber. I rarely hit my 25g fiber mark, either. Spinach, strawberries, celery, cauliflower, fresh herbs, cabbage, cocoa, kale all have very low carbs and high fiber. I won't eat raw kale, but I am going to try a cocoa, berry and kale smoothie with my new emulsion blender 馃榾

    Day 7 for me and having a lot of problems with constipation. Really need to focus on my fibre to get things moving again! Am looking at seeds, green vegetables, berries. Am really getting a bit desperate here!

    I tried that smoothie idea. I added a little psyllium husk powder and chia seeds. It turned out to be 5g carb with 7.5g fiber!!!
