New here! 👋.

I did Keto a while back and lost 20 something pounds but the headaches were too much I have 25 pounds to go and could use some guidance. I always see people they can’t meet their fats but I go over all the time. What fats should I be eating?

My headaches are horrible too! Haven’t found a solution yet, hoping my body will adjust.

Try drinking dill pickle juice. Some people say it really helps with the headaches. It hasn't helped me, but it's worth a try. Upping your electrolytes in general is a good idea. You may be experiencing sugar withdrawal. Or if you cut back on coffee/tea/soda it could be caffeine withdrawal. Persistent headache is the typical symptom of caffeine withdrawal.

In answer to the fats question some good fats include avocado, avocado oil, MCT oil, coconut oil, coconut butter, coconut milk and cream (pure, canned), olive oil, olives, nut oils, nuts (pecans, walnuts, macadamias, Brazil nuts), nut butters (from those nuts, watch the carbs on other nut butters).  fatty meats such as porterhouse steak, New York strip steak, chicken thighs and legs, pork ribs, bacon, and salmon.  Butter, cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, within reason. People often go overboard on these last ones as well as bacon.
