Well somehow I’ve managed to eat 32g carbs when I should only be 20g. I’m not happy. I’ve planned out my menu tomorrow and I’m in range. I hope I can do this every day lol
I always plan out my meals for the following day and make adjustments as needed. Great way to stay on track.
