Hello all

I'm brand new to this. Started on a low carb diet on Tuesday.  I've lost 3 lbs so far.  I'm 5'6" and started at 245 lbs.  My doctor told me she wanted me on a strict diet, low carb, only 2 meals a day completed within 6 hours. Do far I'm managing.

    Hi Brownie 👋 welcome to the forum so sorry I missed your post yesterday.  You are being told to eat as I do now (wk 9) but it’s only possible once you are fat adapted by wk 3  I was no longer hungry and all cravings had gone ~ then I started skipping meals.
