Fat before thin?
I’ve been doing well to keep my carbs 50 or lower for about 3 weeks. Although I finally got over the keto flu, I am not noticing any change with the fat around my belly which is why I am doing Keto in terms of body change. I would stick with it for the other benefits except I really don’t have the energy for the intense workouts that have kept me thin/fit my adult life.
Can someone tell me if it takes longer to start seeing fat loss?

(I see this post is a year old, but I wanted to comment on it anyway to give other “keto flu” searchers better information.) To be in ketosis, you need your net carbs to be under 20 grams, not 50. You may not be losing weight because your macros are off. Did you test (blood, breath, or urine) to see if you are, in fact, in ketosis?
