How do you log food,  if you only eat the pizza toppings no crust?

    Guesstimate the amount of each ingredient.  2oz cheese, 1tbsp marinara, etc.  That's how I manage logging restaurant food.  I often do it at the table after the plate arrrives and before I eat so I can make sure not to forget anything.
