I'm new to this app and now really wanting to be motivated to stick to a keto lifestyle. I am seeking motivators to help me throughout my journey. I have familial high cholesterol, so you can imagine my skeptikalsim. Looking for women/men to help with understanding just how much I really should be eating for protein and fats. I have done a bit of research out there and I'm feeling conflicted. If someone is experimenting or successful at this lifestyle and is looking for a buddy, I would accept the help and encouragement with appreciation. I'm 43, 5'6- 185 pounds. I feel chubby and that doesn't feel good. I had a tummy tuck a year ago and I have gained some fat - about 15 pounds. For a woman, this doesn't feel good. Anyone out there who would like a motivator or be my motivator and get me transformed into the body I want to be- add me to friends list! Happy ketosing !!😁
