Here we go!
So I am a first time Keto-er on day 2 of my journey. Starting weight is 305.4lbs and I don't have a goal weight yet.
Since having my daughter in 2017 I have had to take insulin every single day, my first non scale goal will be to have my fasting blood sugars low enough that I no longer have to take insulin before bed!
I plan on doing strict keto for the first 3 months and then trying for baby #2!
