Grams Vs. % pie chart?
so, even if the pie chart says im at the right percentages, but ive gone over in grams... thats bad?
242g of 152g Fat
142g of 122g Protein
2700 of 1956 Net Calories
its 3% carbs 77% fat 20% protein
so, can I still enter ketosis like this as long as carbs are down? will I gain weight?
im so confused.
do I need to follow the fat and protein exactly?
