Not hungry!

I’m having a hard time meeting my goals... I started about a week ago, and recently my appetite has dwindled. Which is great, but I’m it’s not hungry enough to meet all my goals. Anyone else have this happen? What did you do?

Make meeting your protein goal your priority. That will prevent muscle wasting including from your heart. Don’t worry about the rest. Your body can burn its own fat. Take a multi vitamin if you feel you are not getting in enough nutrients.

  • I am in the same boat. 2nd week for me . I'm having trouble with not being hungry and if I stick to the Only eat when your hungry rule then how do I get all my daily Marcos in. I'm stressing over it and end up eating when I'm not hungry just to get them in. I have asked on a couple of Facebook pages but people don't say much lol. So if I only eat when I'm hungry quite possibly 1 meal a day then I shouldn't worry about eating the days macros but try and keep the protein up?

Debbie keith i have tried asking same thing on FB too, people get 100s of response,  i didnt get a single person who could respond... i m saling in same boat. I dunno if i am doing it right, but i have reduced my goal intake of calories to 1100 so overall everything i am suppose to eat kinda got  reduced. And to meet my proteins goal,  i started protein shake. I make 1 cup bulletproof coffee in morning,  drink half and use other half , add 2 scoop of orgain powder and drink it around 1pm as lunch. Gives me energy, fills me up and helps me meet my goals. For fats i eat fat bomb made of cream cheese, butter and stevia. Hope this works for you.

Yeah, it absolutely happens. A way to meet your goals are fat bombs and snacks. If you’re not hungry but could maybe snack try some almonds. Fat bombs are tasty great things for the most part. Protein is important. If you’re only eating one meal a day then make that meal count as far as your macros are concerned. There will be days you have your appetite back. Hey, be thankful that you’re not overeating right?

  • Debbie keith that is my problem too. I eat once and that is just to eat something.  I am not eating above 1000 a day. No carbs though so all fat and protein. 75%fat and 25% protein

smithalexis2680 What are you eating that has no carbs and makes a complete meal?  We need vegetables for our health, and all vegetables have carbs.

  • Moondrake we didn't have any canned at the village store. We did just fine for thousands of years without. I come from a native village of about 300 people

Alexis Smith Who said anything about canned food?  I haven't eaten anything except sauerkraut and coconut cream from cans in years.  Fresh vegetables have carbs.  Eggs have carbs.  Cheese has carbs.  Sour cream, whipping cream, mayonnaise, peanut butter, nuts, lemon juice, just about everything except meat and oil have carbs.   This is why I was wondering what you are eating to be able to make meals with zero carbs.  We can restrict carbs, but I can't think of even a healthy meal, much less a healthy human diet, containing zero carbs.
