I need some tips for consuming enough fiber. Seems like all I’m eating is meat and eggs... because I’m not a planner.
I had the same issue and started adding chia seeds to my diet. I believe avocados are a good source of fiber too.
I add chia seeds to almost every dish. Also sauerkraut is near 100% fiber with 0 net carbs.
