Help please!!!!
Hey My keto family 🤗!!! I’ve been on this keto lifestyle for a while now. I’ve lost 27 pounds. Which is great but I still crave sugar. I bought the 7 day Keto plan to see if this would help me. Hopefully it will. 🤷🏼♀️ Do any of you have suggestions on what I can do to get rid of the cravings? Oh! and I have no willpower!!! Lol.
