Make sure you are eating healthy fats! Have you tried a 'keto coffe' in the morning? I do keto with OMAD (one meal a day, at about 6 pm) and have added the keto coffe into my 'breakfast'. All the good fats keep you nice and full! (keto coffee=8oz coffe + 16 g each organic coconut oil and Kerrygold (grass fed) better. Whip it up with a stick blender and drink. However, don't leave it on the side for your dog to get! They love it too, lol.

My net calories are 1562 and rarely to I go over them. Yesterday I went over on everything but carbs. I'm at 30 net carbs. Today I wasn't hungry for breakfast (busy doing stuff). Ate lunch at 1145am; at 2:30 I'm hungry! Stomach growling so I ate 1/2 an avocado. I have a very acidic stomach and sometimes I wonder if it's just my stomach doing it's thing. Makes me crazy, but I am in Ketosis!

Gpm23 hey there! I started keto just a few months back and I was facing same hunger issues in the beginning. I started reflecting on my problem and then realized that maybe a fixed schedule for eating might fix my starving issues so I decided keto meal schedule for myself and pre-meal plans. once your body adapts to the schedule that u found urself comfortable with..will ease the problem of hunger.
