Iced Bullet Proof coffee
HI, i don't drink hot coffee so looking for a recipe for iced coffee.
So far I've tried this_
DD medium black iced coffee
1 tbsp. MCT oil
1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. Premier protein shake - caramel
everyone say you need butter, but how to i add butter to a cold coffee???
Does anyone have a recipe ??? help

Hey, gena, trying using glee in place of butter in your bulletproof coffee, it won’t separate when iced like butter does.

I prefer my coffee hot, so what I do is I stick my ingredients in the blender, I have found that with using heavy cream and butter it emulsifies very well. as long as you have the emulsification, I do not see why you could not start with the hot coffee version, make a larger batch, keep it in the fridge and have it available when you need it, or want it
