Hello.new to CM but not to keto. Keto flu has made me quit three times..but not THIS time. .
I did Atkins about 4 years ago and lost weight but never got over the " kflu". Then tried keto. Twice! Kflu got me again. Well this time I know what to do. I must have a minimum of 50 grams of carbs..water..Advil and bullion cubes. I still lose at 50 but I can't keep going long enough to accomplish my goal. I think I got it now. Pink salt doesn't work for me. Hope to make some friends and get some support. Thanks. Just wanted to whine for a minute.lol馃槀

Hello Seymour, I am new to CM as well. I have been on this Keto diet but having trouble getting in Ketosis. I am trying to stay under 20grams netcarbs. I bought the test strips and it鈥檚 showing negative, not even in Ketosis. It鈥檚 been 3 weeks now. I hope you feel better. Thanks for sharing your story.

Seymour hi I'm not sure I'm doing this right so I don't know if you got my last message but I said that I didn't think I could help you with that ketosis thing because I never did that. that I use Atkins and I have to stay at 50 grams or I get really ill . I never use the ketosis test strips also wanted to say that I used the whole cops not the net carbs because the net carbs 10 want to make me eat more and if I eat more I'm not going to lose weight. I don't think anybody will lose weight at 3,000 calories of protein and fat?馃榿

Hi there... I'm no expert but sometimes I had to tweak what apps and books told me to do to work. Maybe you should up your calories. I know if I don't eat enough I don't lose either. Body thinks its starving and shuts down. Gotta find that sweet spot/ balance. I feel GREAT today. Lots of energy. Day 3 and Im staying at 50 whole carbs and 2200 to 2300 cals. No scale but I took measurements and my tummy is smaller!! Hope something I said helps.
