how do i calculate a homemade fat bomb
hello just shy of third week on keto. i made a fat bomb today from these ingredients
1/3 cup manna 1/3 coconut oil 1/3 cup shredded coconut 2 tbsp cacao power 2tbsp monkfruit poured into 10 molds approx 1 tbsp.
Can someone tell me how much fat/carbs for one? How do i figure it out for next recipe?
