If you go to settings and My Macros, there is a button to recalculate calories goal and then an Apply My Macros button. It isn't automatic, but takes fewer clicks than entering your weight, which you have to do to recalculate your macros anyway.

i just discovered this, but it actually does. Go to settings > diet goals and turn on smart macros. It will automatically recalculate your macros, and calories as your weight changes.
