Measurable Success
When I flew to an event a few months ago, it took me several minutes to get the seat belt fastened, after much struggling and sweating. I almost had to ask for a seat belt extender. This is what me seat belt looked like today, after 14 weeks on keto.... Okay, "add image" doesn't work. A picture is worth a thousand words, but to summarize, I had 6+ inches of slack today.

Congratulations, this is my non scale victory waiting to happen. I pray when I fly on Feb. 8th that I don’t need a seat belt extension. It’s the most crushing experience I’ve ever had.
