Help! Over my calories but on point with macros

I’m hitting my macros but going over my calories by up to 500. I’m supposed to have 1300 but end up having 1600-1800. Is that ok to do? 

 

I also go over my fat as well. I’m supposed to have 97g but end up having 110-120 depending if I eat breakfast. But my carbs and protein are good.

  • This depends on what your goals are. First, what is your goal with your keto diet? If it's weight loss, then you'll want to be functioning on a caloric deficit of some kind. When you calculated 1300, how large of a deficit were you aiming for (how fast did you say you wanted to lose weight)? Or was this just for maintenance? Without knowing your weight, height, bmi, and activity level, it's hard to give you a clear and helpful answer. 

    What foods are putting you over your caloric intake? Are they processed? Do they contain trans fat?

    What are your macros goaled at right now? 

    Also, are you currently in ketosis?
